Waltz
The Waltz, Slow Waltz or English Waltz are a few names for this dance. It is danced to a 3 beat music and is popular and enjoyable across all age groups.
Tango
The ​Tango is the only dance among the 5 which is not categorized as a swing dance. Tango having its roots from Argentina, is enjoyed both socially and competitvely.
Viennese Waltz
The Viennese Waltz is a rotary dance where dancers are constantly turning to the right or left while moving in an anti clockwise direction on the dance floor.
Foxtrot
The Foxtrot is a smooth and progressive dance which displays class and elegance. At higher levels, dancers seem to be gliding across the floors.
Quickstep
​The Quickstep is the fastest dance among the 5, and is danced to cheerful and lively music. The characteristics of this dance as the name suggests, involves quick movement and syncopated timing.
International Style Standard Ballroom
Cha Cha Cha
The Cha Cha Cha or simply Cha Cha, is a dance of Cuban origin. It is a dance with sexy hip actions and quick shuffling of the feet.
Samba
The ​Samba(International Ballroom) is a lively dance with elements from the Brazilian Samba. Out of the 5 dances, the Samba can be considered the most rhythmical dance because of the beats Samba music.
Paso Doble
The Paso Doble is modelled after the movements and drama of a spanish bullfight. It is an exciting dance to watch
Rumba
The ballroom version of the rumba also has Cuban origins, and was derived from a dance called bolero-son. Many consider this the dance of love.
Jive
​The Jive is a dance style that was originated in the United States from african-americans in the 1930s. The ballroom Jive is a light-hearted dance which involves lots of kicking and pulsing.

The Merengue is a type of music and dance that originated from the Dominican Republic. It is a fast paced dance that is lively, fun and can be sexy.
Rock 'n' Roll
Rock 'n' Roll was originated in the United States in the 1950's and is still enjoyed by many dancers today. Famous Rock 'n' Roll artistes include Elvis Presley, Little Richard and Bill Haley.
Disco Rock
The Disco Rock is a party dance that is enjoyed socially. It involves showy variations and can be danced to disco music or most modern pop songs. A popular dance at parties.
Salsa
Salsa is a social dance that originated in New York. This dance is a fusion of cha cha, mambo and cuban movements danced to Salsa music.
Bachata
Bachata originated from the Dominican Republic. It is danced to bachata music and enjoyed all over the world as a social dance.

How many lessons are required for a wedding dance?Most of our couples would take about 4 to 6 lessons for a customized wedding choreography by us. Some of them do choose to have additional lessons to polish up their routines and technique. However it is entirely up to each wedding couple.

What is the duration of each session?Each lesson is 45 minutes. As some couples might have time or schedule constraints, they sometimes choose to do 2 lessons each time they come. It is entirely up to the wedding couple to choose how many lessons you would want in a session

How early in advance should we start our lessons?Not too early that you might end up completing your dance way before your big day. And more importantly not too late that you might end up rushing through your choreography due to time constraint. A good time to start your lessons would be about 2-3 months before your big day, taking into consideration that we might have to miss some lessons due to unforseen circumstances

What do we wear for the lessons?You may come in any comfortable clothing and covered shoes. For one of the last few lessons before your big day, we recommend you do a full dress rehearsal.

What about music?You may choose a piece of music that you like, and we will choreograph a unique routine for you. Alternatively, we do have a wide variety of ballroom music that you can listen to and choose something that you like.

What about frequency of lessons?We would advise you to have weekly lessons, and to cater some time to practice in between.

Can my parents, bridesmaids or groomsmen join in the dance?"Yes, any of your family members and friends can join your dance to celebrate with you.
